Key Responsibilities:
Directs and supervises technical assingnments (both field and office)
Manages specific elements of engineering projects
Prepares and conducts technical review of staff, reports, correspondence, calculations and prepares technical recommendations
Produces non-routine plans, reports, and specifications
Prepares, directs and reviews cost estimates
Basic/Required Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil Engineering
10+ years of related work experience
Nevada licensed professional engineer
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
Previous experience with staff management and leadershhip
Demonstrated maturity in judgement, initiatve, and client relations
Strong oral and written communications skills; ability to prepare reports and proposals
Demonstrated project task management abilities
Flexability to work outside of normal business hours as required
Preferred Qualifications:
M.S. in Civil Engineering
California licensed professional engineer
Strong emphasis in land development, infrastucture, and general civil engineering design
Proficienc wiht Autocadd 2009 and Civil 3D
