Description:
Stable company seeking a top-notch Accounts Receivable Representative to join their team immediately! The Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for the collection and follow-up of all delinquent and negative past due accounts. He/She will also be responsible for keeping accurate records and documentation of all activity.
Job Responsibilities:
-Initiating telephone contact on all delinquent, past due accounts.
-Follow-up on accounts as needed
-Monitors all past due loans
-Maintain accurate, complete documentation of collection activity
-Reconcile member disputes i.e. payroll problems, misapplied payments, finance charges, and/or late fees as required.
Qualifications:
-2-5 years of recent collections experience
-Must have excellent credit and clean background
-Clear, concise, and tactful with communication
-Friendly, personable, and team-player
-Consistent follow-up skills
-Highly detail-oriented and organized
-Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
