Our client develops cutting edge software solutions that help revolutionize the Healthcare Informatics industry. Our sophisticated tools are used to enhance the clinical quality outcome, care management and financial efficiency of our clients. We are seeking highly qualified professionals that will contribute to our ongoing growth and success. Our client is currently seeking a .Net Developer V for its rapidly growing product and service lines.


Responsibilities:

Manages an applicant/candidate queue by maintaining a reserve of paperwork on currently available applicants; maintaining a reserve of qualified candidates who are in the process of being scheduled for technical and/or management interviews; maintaining two candidates for each skill set utilized in the District marketplace who have completed a three stage interview process and have signed a contingent employment offer. These candidates are to be contacted weekly to ensure availability.

Schedules and conducts preliminary interviews of candidates. Documents interviews and determines candidate's viability to proceed to the technical interview stage. Schedules technical and, if applicable, management interviews. Assesses salary requirements in preparation of management interview and contingency offer. Conducts and documents reference checks.



This job provides relocation assistance.
