Graphic CAD Designer Needed for a Global Women's Fashion Company!!!!!
About the company:
This is for a long term freelance position with a very prestigious women's apparel company. They specialize in intimate apparel, swim, cosmetics, shoes, accessories, wovens, knits, denim and dresses. They have a nationwide store front presence and a strong catalog and e-commerce business.
About the position:
The ideal candidate will have had experience and available samples to review of pattern concepts for women's apparel. The apparel you would be designing for would include sleepwear, intimate apparel and young missy causal clothing (graphic examples could include but are not limited to, leaves, hearts, animals, fruit, swirls, flowers, stripes, globally inspired designs, etc.) We are seeking a very creative individual to conceptualize fabric designs and patterns that convey the fresh, sporty, fun, quirky and unique looks of the organization and our clients that love us. If you have produced graphic designs for fashion or beauty related catalogs, magazines or print ad work this would also be an asset. For the New Year the focus is on swim and or intimates so experience and samples in these areas would be a plus for the organization.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree
. Solid Graphics editor skills, CAD, Photoshop and Illustrator
. Highly detail-oriented with exceptional eye for creativity and color
. Ability to work successfully with other contributing teams
. Must be organized and have strong prioritization skills
. Positive, can-do attitude - creative thinker
. Able to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
