Description:
GENERAL NATURE OF JOB:

Responsible for performing all human relations functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Accounts Payable
a. Review and match payable documentation.
b. Prepare, code, and enter vouchers into accounting system.
c. Prepare reports for payment of invoices.

2. Accounts Receivable
a. Review documentation and generate customer's invoices in sales database.
b. Enter corresponding accounts receivable entries in accounting system.
c. Collect lock box information and apply customer payments.
d. Manage collection of overdue domestic customers' balances.

3. Payroll
a. Review payroll records and generate timesheets.

4. Maintain personnel records, process new hires and terminations, maintain vacation and sick leave records. Process paperwork for Workers Compensation claims and oversee all HR functions.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs other duties as assigned by Operations Manager/Accounting Manager.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Associates Degree Preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years related experience in HR role.
