SENIOR BENEFITS ACCOUNT MANAGER

A Las Vegas company seeking a Senior Benefits Account Manager to provide administrative support for the Benefits Department and Customer Service on Employee Benefit Accounts. Ideal candidate would assist in implementation and shaping the new Benefits Department.

Specific Job Duties:
Marketing of Employee Benefit Accounts with applicable carriers
Preparing Client Proposals
Maintaining both physical and electronic software, applications, company marketing materials, and other items necessary for maintaining Employee Benefit Accounts
Providing Customer Service on Employee Benefit Accounts regarding premium statements, claims, customer inquiries, and other customer related needs
Performing other client related services as needed

Job Requirements:
5+ Years Experience in Employee Benefit Administration, preferably Agency Experience
Life and Health License
Extensive Knowledge of Nevada Group Benefit Carriers
Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Work, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Vision and Zywave products helpful
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and handle complex customer inquiries
