Position: Web Content Reviewer
Pay: $12-$13/hr
Duration: Temporary
Location: San Jose, CA 95126
Job Responsibilities:

Main responsibility is to review. detect, and confirm potential copyright and/or trademark violations
Resolve issues that pertain to infringement or any encroachment of materials and escalate difficult situations
Must be highly knowledgeable of pop culture, celebrities or otherwise noteworthy figures from throughout history, media trends, religion, politics, etc
Communicate effectively with customers via email and telephone to verifying sources of images and ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their COMPANY experience
Conduct research on orders as necessary
Interact with various Production Supervisors and Team Leads to search for infringing products
Exude a confident and professional demeanor at all times
Understand and preserve company goals as well as drive and motivate fellow team members to accomplish them
Other duties as required

ADDITIONAL NOTES: This person will report directly to the Manager and Supervisor of Content Management and be responsible for reviewing and detecting products in possible violation of COMPANYs content guidelines which includes, but are not limited to copyright and trademark infringements. They will be responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies, customer issues, as well as ensuring the company is in compliance with all possible infringement matters. They will also assist the department and company in meeting its goals and deadlines. This person must be familiar with media trends and all job functions in Content Management. .
