Description:
Manufacturing company in growth mode is looking for a Human Resource Manager to join their team. Primary duties will include employee relations, benefits administration, process management and implementation, risk management, and supervision of the HR department. Qualified candidates MUST be bi-lingual Spanish (read/write/speak) and have at least 3 years of management experience overseeing an HR department. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree,five plus years of relevant work experience and strong technical skills including advanced Microsoft Office skills and HRIS experience.
