Description:
We have an excellent 12 month contract opportunity for a Sr. Process Program Manager for our large high profile customer in the Northern Atlanta area. The selected Program Manager will be responsible for hands on process program initiatives, specifically in the Selling function/processes, be the driver in mobilizing the program [processing, designing, improving, standardizing] and managing it through to completion. Proven experience with designing and implementing a selling strategy and building a sales framework process solution. Process design and improvement experience with a large consulting firm such as: Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Deloitte, CapGemini, Accenture or IBM Global Services is needed. You should have a proven track record of driving process change in Business to Consumer (B-C) as well as Business to Business (B-B) Telecom companies. You should have experience developing and implementing processes related to establishing overall Selling strategies as well as incentive and comp structuring. Engaging multiple contacts and SMEs in a matrixed environment, identifying potential program risks and assumptions, developing program timelines/roadmaps, and organization of program focus in preparation for the upcoming 2010 efforts. You will be heavily involved with the execution a 2010 program. Experience as a senior hands-on Process Consulting Program Manager is required. Proven experience on process design and improvement program initiatives with a large consulting firm such as: Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Deloitte, CapGemini, Accenture or IBM Global Services is needed, preferably in Telecom. Experience with designing and implementing a selling strategy and building a sales framework process solution is essential. Analysis, Communication, Enterprise Applications, PowerPoint, Presentation, Process Flow, Project Planning and Scheduling, Requirements gathering are needed. Interpersonal, Facilitation, Estimating Cost, Documentation, Financial planning/forecasting, Telecom, Business Analysis, Business Process Design, Large Program/Project Mgmt, Team Mobilization, Cross-Functional are also needed.Skills Required: Proven experience on process design and improvement program initiatives with a large consulting firm such as: Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Deloitte, CapGemini, Accenture or IBM Global Services is needed, preferably in Telecom.
