This position requires demonstrated project management and leadership ability combined with in-depth skills and specific expertise in project development and execution. Adecco Engineering and Technical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.- Bachelors Degree in business or technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly desired. - Five years experience in project management including experience in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing for a large, complex project.- At least three years experience as an IT project manager. - Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work on cross-functional teams and foster the team's commitment to tasks- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and complex business concepts in technical terms- Self motivated and independent, able to work with a minimum of supervision and able to work well with stakeholders and project staff- Strong familiarity with project management software including Microsoft Project server version, SharePoint and MS Office.- Deep knowledge of best project management practices through relevant experience.- Ability to plan and organize work and deliverables.Able to lead teams to consensus decisions on complex business and technical data challenges- Able to integrate/synthesize broad and diverse inputs and large amounts of information to formulate cohesive data architecture strategies and solutions-Ability to prioritize and multi task across numerous work streams
