Local candidates preferred Position Description: The Technical Business Analyst/MS Project performs customer support, conducts interviews, and works with TPIP Program project managers, managers and project team members to create an integrated TPIP Program schedule, resource pool and program portfolio using MS Project 2007. Will coordinate all of the TPIP schedules - creating a master integrated schedule for the entire TPIP program. Must be very experienced at using MS Project, and be familiar with using Project Web Access on MS Sharepoint. Must be comfortable enough with MS Project to be able to create, edit and maintain several project schedules throughout the life of the program. In addition, will maintain project budgets in MS Project, and must be able to analyze time actuals and compare them to project estimates to identify possible billing issues. Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 5 to 9+ years of demonstrated experience using Microsoft Project (2002, 2003 or 2007).MS Project 2007 preferred Project Management Resource Pool Integration with Active Directory Project Portfolio 2007 MS Sharepoint (familiar with using Project Web Access on MS Sharepoint) Microsoft Visio 2003/2007 Microsoft Office 2003/2007 Communicate with a wide variety of project managers and managers in both individual and group settings. Lead requirements elicitation workshops and present findings. Document and present information in various forms such as textual, graphical and statistical.
