Description:
UNIX Administrator (Sun Solaris)Immediate opportunity for a senior Unix administrator with Solaris and HPUX experience. This is a permanent position with a technically driven company. Salary range is competitive. Email (see below) for details. Requirements: 5+ years experience in UNIX Systems Engineering/Administration required Sun Solaris/Linux Responsible for selecting hardware, setting up Solaris 10, VERITAS Volume Manager, and Oracle Application Server, and migrating data Architect/Maintain NetBackup 6.5.4 solution for UNIX and Windows to protect against any potential loss of data Candidate must participate in 24/7 on-call rotation which includes being available to assist with issues even when not on call.
