Description:
BIG 5 Consulting background STRONGLY preferred. This Sr. Manager will have extensive experience DRIVING enterprise-wide process programs in a decentralized organization, specifically in the Selling function/processes. Looking for a resource with a proven track record of driving process change in Business to Consumer (B-C) as well as Business to Business (B-B) Telecom companies. This Program Manager will have experience with developing and implementing procesess related to establishing overall Selling strategies as well as incentive and comp structuring. Responsibilities include: Engaging multiple contacts and SMEs in a matrixed environment, identifying potential program risks and assumptions, developing program timelines/roadmaps, and organization of program focus in preparation for the upcoming 2010 efforts. This resource will also be heavily involved with the execution a 2010 program. Again, Big "5" Consulting background strongly preferred. Engaging/communicating with executive leadership
