Job Description The position available is for a full-time Business Analyst based in Mumbai who will report to the EMEA Project Manager, mainly working on projects and initiatives aligned to the EMEA region. There will be opportunities to work on projects for other regions including global initiatives, and there may be an opportunity/requirement to travel. The role will involve working alongside other Business Analysts, both in the US and APAC-aligned teams based in Mumbai and (predominantly) the EMEA-aligned team based in Bournemouth, UK. The Business Analyst will also need to liaise closely with the CAP operations staff in India, US, and UK, AP staff based locally in branches situated throughout the EMEA and APAC regions, Global Finance Technology (GFT) Project and Production Support teams, business project sponsors, and line-of-business end users. The Business Analyst will: · Co-ordinate CAP participation on external projects with the GFT team through the end-to-end project lifecycle · Develop and maintain sub-project plans in relation to CAP deliverables · Produce and maintain project plans and conduct end-to-end project management on internal projects · Liaise with line of business project sponsors and end users regarding business requirements · Produce business requirements documentation · Develop, document, maintain and support comprehensive user test plans and activities throughout the user acceptance test phase of projects · Develop and document processes and operating procedures · Develop and deliver training courses and materials · Perform user post implementation support · Liaise with GFT regarding production support issues and production change requests · Engage in other CAP initiatives as required
