Description:
Under the direction of the Business Unit Manager, the Production Supervisor directs the activities of the department in areas of Production, Maintenance, Safety, Sanitation and Quality. The Production/Operations Supervisor is responsible for producing products according to regulatory and company standards in a union facility. The incumbent advises and assists the Business Unit Manager and may assume Business Unit Manager responsibilities in her/his absence. The incumbent is the primary contact for coordinating and directing production, labor scheduling and equipment maintenance.
