The Company offers one of the most comprehensive lines of real estate finance products including fixed-rate, floating-rate and interim/bridge loans; Fannie Mae DUS™  and FHA lending; and mezzanine and affordable housing financing.  The company has been structured to provide borrowers with one source for all commercial mortgage financing and servicing needs, giving the firm a competitive advantage in the marketplace.    PMCC is seeking a Principal, FHA Healthcare Lending for Prudential Huntoon Paige (PHP), its FHA lending platform.  This position will be located in PMCC's New York office and will report to the FHA Managing Director.   Job Description & Responsibilities   The position of Principal, FHA HealthCare Lending will manage specialized loan originations focused on the FHA Healthcare lending sector on a national basis.  Reporting to the FHA Managing Director located in Atlanta, the incumbent will be charged with overseeing the FHA Healthcare sector lending strategy and educating and training the PMCC Loan Officers on the FHA Insured Hospital Program.  This person will be responsible for the implementation of this strategy and act as the sector expert that will actively participate and support the lending activities of loan officers who have identified specific FHA Healthcare loan opportunities.  In addition to managing the existing PHP Hospital portfolio, they will manage the transaction process ensuring that new loans are executed competitively and in accordance with the firm's credit standards and FHA directives.  This role will be responsible for the underwriting, sizing, pricing, negotiating and closing of the investment.
