Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
Assist the principal investigator through recruitment of patients as well as conducting and scoring psychological/neuropsychological tests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Perform standardized and experimental psychological/neuropsychological testing of patients as directed.
2. Facilitate testing through behavior management.
3. Record and compile accurate records and communicate summaries of results.
4. Schedule study patient visits.
5. Participate in meetings with principal investigator and research staff and evaluate/interpret the validity of data as needed.
6. Assist with management of database.
7. Logging test results and other data in a computer database.
OTHER DUTIES
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on equivalent basis
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Experience: 1 year of related experience
Certifications/Licenses: None.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and attentiveness to detail required. Ability to closely follow established procedures.
