Description:
Position is primarily responsible for the overall labor coordination for a shift(s) of production using various labor systems. Daily activities include but are not limited to: checking for absences, tracking and arranging for single days of vacation, verifying cost centers are appropriately managed, developing and posting all labor schedules including maintaining overtime schedules and records. Learn and understand all ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns with the appropriate company personnel if compliance and ethical issues arise.
