OUTSOURCE Consulting Services, Inc, is a Human Capital Management firm providing an array of services including Staff Augmentation, IT Consulting, Comprehensive Payroll Services and Specialized Training Services
We are currently seeking a Sr. Business Analyst.
This position is responsible for performing mid to high level technical analysis activities including design and documentation of system related requirements including scope, use cases, business rules, transactions and processes, identifying data sources, data decomposition diagrams, UI specs with comps and wireframes, work flow and actor diagrams, and back end processing needs. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills for solicitation of requirements from business and internal IT stakeholders; identification of gaps and recommendations about website design, functionality and processes. This includes leading the end to end management of multiple, concurrent projects with defined scope and due dates.
Primary Responsibilities
Review requests for system enhancement to ensure that all gaps are identified and addressed, and requirements are fully expressed to ensure accurate development and testing. Create detailed documentation of: --Detailed business and functional rules --System requirements (including system timeouts) --System Interfaces (both internal and external) --Operational and Training Requirements --Security requirements --Metric and reporting requirements --Page layout, validation, and error messages.
Required Skills
- Ecommerce and web project experience
- UI specs, wireframes experience and in-depth knowledge
- Telecom industry knowledge
-Experience with data mapping -Experience with API construction -Experience with SQL -Experience with Viper and HBX preferred but not required - In depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle -Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems and 3 to 5 years of information systems experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience -Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
