CHS is seeking a per diem Adult Nurse Practitioner to work in our onsite health unit clinics in Phoenix, AZ at American Express.
Job Description:
The Nurse Practitioner will provide treatment for urgent care, acute episodic care, travel medicine, work related injury treatment and management, travel medicine consultations, physicals, collaboration with safety team and crisis management team for employees at American Express. This position will cover for full time NP coverage for vacation, sick and education coverage. This position will also augment the GYN program when the NP GYN is not available. Clinic hours are Monday thru Friday with no weekends or evenings.
Qualifications:
Arizona Nurse Practitioner license required
ACLS certification preferred
Prefer experience in primary care, ER or urgent care background
