CHS is seeking a per diem occupational employee health nurse to work in our onsite health unit clinics in Phoenix, AZ at American Express. This is per diem to cover for full time staff vacations, sick call, and special project coverage for three busy clinics.
Job Description:
The occupational employee health nurse will provide day to day episodic care, emergency medical care, treatment of work related injuries and illnesses, health prevention activities, lab draws, and health counseling for employees at American Express. Clinic hours of operation are dayshift Monday thru Friday, no evenings or weekends.
Qualifications:
Arizona Registered Nursing license
ACLS certification required
Prefer work exp in a primary care, ER or urgent care background
3 years work experience as a registered nurse required
COHN/COHN-S experience preferred
