CHS is seeking a per diem Adult Nurse Practitioner to work in our onsite health unit clinic in Salt Lake City, UT at American Express.  
 
Job Description:
 
The Nurse Practitioner will provide treatment for urgent care, acute episodic care, travel medicine, work related injury treatment and management, travel medicine consultations, physicals, collaboration with safety team and crisis management team for employees at American Express.  This position will cover for full time NP coverage for vacation, holiday, sick, education and special projects coverage.  This position will need to have phlebotomy skills. Clinic hours are Monday thru Friday with no weekends or evenings.
 
Qualifications:
 
Utah Nurse Practitioner license required
 
ACLS certification preferred
 
Prefer experience in primary care, ER or urgent care background
