CHS is seeking a per diem occupational/employee health nurse to work in our onsite health unit clinic in Salt Lake City, UT at American Express.  This is per diem to cover for full time NP staff vacations, sick call, and special project coverage. 
 
Job Description:
The occupational employee health nurse will provide day to day episodic care, emergency medical care, treatment of work related injuries and illnesses, health prevention activities, lab draws, and health counseling for employees at American Express. Clinic hours of operation are dayshift Monday thru Friday, no evenings or weekends.
 
Qualifications:
Utah Registered Nursing license required
 
ACLS certification required
 
Prefer work exp in a primary care, ER or urgent care background
 
3 years work experience as a registered nurse required
 
COHN/COHN-S experience preferred
 
Familiarly with workers compensation a plus
 
Excellent assessment skills, lab drawing skills and communication skills required
