Performance Tester
Downtown Chicago
12 months
$50/hr W2
Please no H1 or sub company
Superb knowledge of LoadRunner 9.0.
Must be able to work with many different protocols such as .NET, web, etc., monitoring, troubleshooting errors and transaction failures.
Excellent knowledge of performance testing processes
Excellent organizational skills are necessary for tracking status of multiple projects and requests. Experience as a project manager or testing manager is preferred
Must be able to work independently across multiple projects at a time while following a formal process. This is a position for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for troubleshooting complex problems
Adept at leading meetings and explaining rationale behind Load standards
Creative problem-solver who can recommend methods of testing various types of applications
Demonstrated skill in creating LoadRunner scripts at the API level, rather than just record and replay
Strong experience in technical documentation
Experience in either WinRunner or QuickTest Pro is required
Knowledge of other Mercury testing tools such as Test Director, Quality Center or Performance Center is a plus
