Description:
The Director of Education must possess at least five years experience in school administration. S/he must have demonstrated history of team building, leadership and administrative skills. Demonstrate effective, positive human relations ability in working with students, teachers, parents, support staff and administrators as well as governmental agencies, business and industry and community groups. Responsible for supervising and evaluate general education staff, develop and monitor state reports. Additional responsibilities are to direct staff and blend well with students, strong communications skills, hands on and detail oriented a must. The ideal candidate will have industry experience in the beauty industry, specifically cosmetology education experience, taught at one time, managed at least 15 people at one time and have a Bachelor's Degree.
