Description:
Our client located near Rosemont is in need of a collections specialist to collect on payday loans and installment loans. All accounts will range from 60 to 365+ days delinquent. The collections specialist must have good customer service skills in order to effectively create suitable payment arrangements, while ensuring customer satisfaction. The position also includes frequent interaction with the Collections Manager to ensure critical deadlines and prioritized tasks are achieved in this fast-paced environment. Candidates with FDCPA experience preferred. This position is temporary to hire with a pay rate of $12/hr.

Requirements:
FDCPA preferred.
3-5 years Collections experience.
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
Good customer service skills.
