Description:
An international optical manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant for a long term temporary position with the potential to hire. This role assists in the coordination of sales departmental needs and acts as the primary liaison amongst the manufaturing, marketing and sales departments. Typical duties include, but are not limited to, extensive customer contact, order entry, tracking and delivery, the coordination and drafting of sales presentations, extensive event planning, and making travel arrangements. Proficiency with excel spreadsheets and mail merges are required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and superior customer service are also required.
Requirements:
College degree preferred.
Proficiency with excel and powerpoint.
2+ years event planning and administrative experience.
Education: Some College
Experience: At Least 1 Year
