Dell Perot Systems is currently looking for an Annuity Customer Service Phone Representative to join the Insurance Operations team in Lincoln, NE.
***IMPORTANT***Must be available to work both 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to assure that service standards are met
Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers to professionally resolve questions and issues
Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team
Collaborate with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns
Required Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively (both verbal and written)
Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business communications
Must be able to compose effective business correspondence
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must have good keyboarding skills
Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities
Desired Skills:
Previous call center experience preferred
Previous insurance industry experience preferred
Completed LOMA courses or certifications desired
Minimum Educational Requirements:
High school education or G.E.D or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
