Excellent opportunity to work for a stable Healthcare organization!This dynamic company is seeking candidates with solid background in Healthcare processes.The Business Analyst have a solid Data Analysis background and a strong knowledge of QA Methodologies, Test Plans and Test Strategies.This candidate will also understand SQL and or Access data process background to perform data queries. The Business Analyst will need to be able to create SQL and or Access queries independently. These candidate Must have Healthcare claims data experience to be considered for this position.DUTIES:Creates and executes SQL queries to retrieve data set for Analysis and reporting. Test the data set to make sure data is converted correctly into company standard. Executes test scripts, validates results, reports discrepancies, and follows through to ensure all issues are resolved. Identifies issues with the data and process. Enters defects in defect tracking software.Strong understanding of QA Methodologies and test plans/test strategies. Required Skills: Healthcare data process background and SQL and or Access query skills. Candidates that do not have experience creating SQL and or Access Queries from scratch will not be considered for this position.5+ years of solid Project Management/Business Analyst skills. Solid knowledge of QA Methodology. Understanding how to develope test strategies and plans.Candidates MUST have Healthcare eligibility and or claims data experience to be considered for this position. Solid understanding of SQL to perform SQL queries. Solid knowledge of medical codes. Non-Tech Skills: 4 year college degree
