Job Description: WHY WAIT?Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?This may be your lucky day!It is time for a change, and CDI can help!We have an immediate need for a Body/Chassis/Interior Component Engineer JOB DESCRIPTIONLooking for a Body/Chassis/Interior Component Engineer for a contract job!Required Skills - Suspension - CATIA and/or Unigraphics Experience Minimum Education: BS Mechanical Engineering Minimum Experience: 3 Years Suspension Design/Development Assignment Details This position would require the Engineer to design and develop suspension structural components such as suspension cradles, cross members, control arms, links, knuckles and ball joints. They would also be responsible for front and rear suspension modules. The individual should have experience in designing and developing suspension structural components. They should be familiar with GD&T and be able to ensure drawings and models are properly dimensioned. A background in developing and executing DFMEAs and DVP&R is needed. Experience with CATIA and/or Unigraphics is required. Good communication skills is a must, since the Engineer will be required to work and provide direction to suppliers and provide feedback up and across the new organization structure.
