Job Description: WHY WAIT?Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?This may be your lucky day!It is time for a change, and CDI can help!We have an immediate need for a Systems EngineersJOB DESCRIPTIONGreat opportunity for a six months plus contract assignment for two Systems Engineers with one of our clients in Orlando, FL. These Systems Engineers will provide technical leadership and systems engineering management for a project team. With minimal management supervision, will apply systems engineering processes and skills to systematically convert customer needs into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Responsible for systems planning and scheduling engineering activities, and execution of requirements analysis, system design, analyses and trade studies, requirements verification, hardware/software design oversight, system integration, system level test, and subcontractor technical management/oversight.Will estimate, plan, schedule, and execute systems engineering activities. Will define the operational concepts for a training system, and will be responsible for supporting project risk management activities.Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years in a systems engineering leadership role in the design and development of simulation/training devices or systems of similar size/complexity. Must also have a minimum of five years overall engineering experience in the design and development of simulation/training devices or systems. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field required. Also required are DoD and simulation based training device experience; familiarity with ground vehicle, aircraft, and/or small arm weapon training system development; and considerable knowledge and experience in system and software architecture development.TAKE ACTION!Why wait another day?It is time to act!Apply NOW and join the CDI Team TODAY!
