We are looking for someone to manage our global online direct to consumer marketing efforts through developing and interpreting testing, increasing revenue and customer retention as well as overall brand recognition.What personality traits will be beneficial to succeed: Leader Deadline driven Able to manage, collaborate and roll up your sleeves as needed Due to product and industry: Image conscious, fashion forwardWe are looking for the following technical skills: A/B Split Testing and Multivariate Testing Google Analytics Oracle - Oracle iStore Metrics and KPI'sWhat experience is required: 7+ years of combined agency and client-side experience Demonstrated expertise with Direct to Consumer campaigns Possess a strong background with the eCommerce, Website and online forums Previous P/L responsibility Responsible for online sales growth and retention for interactive executions Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field, MBA is a plus! Supervising and mentoring teamWhat you will be doing: Directing the global Direct to Consumer Marketing efforts and team Responsible for increasing revenue and generating new revenue streams through online channels Oversight of department P/L Perform and measure KPI's, metrics and other test statisticsWhat's in it for you?
