Description:
Quality and Trade Compliance Auditor is responsible for the overall auditing of JPMorgan Global Trade Services facilities within the North America Region. This position will work with internal contacts and Clients to provide guidance and expeertise with regards to quality and compliance and identify areas for continous improvement. Core Responsibilities/Requirements: · Participate in / lead various Compliance, Quality and Sarbanes Oxley audits. · Perform process interviews with internal JPMGTS employees as well as external client service providers as required · Review and analyze transaction samples for compliance to applicable standards , regulations, and client requirements · Record and report the audit results to JPMGTS and external clients. · Maintain,publish and present metrics and analysis as part of the Quality Operating System. · Work with the business to identify improvements through Corrective and Preventive Actions. · Lead and/or manage follow up actions resulting from audits, identified service failures and potential opportunities for improvement Training · As required, identify need for, develop and/or facilitate training classes for the business on areas of risk identified in audits. · Ensure effectiveness of training by developing skill tests where necessary to test the knowledge of the participants on class content. General · Attend team meetings. · Prepare weekly status reports. · Support and adhere to the Quality Operating System by understanding the relevance of current job activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives.
· Attend Internal Auditor course in order to perform internal QOS audits. This position can be located in Burlington ON, Canada OR Southfield, MI.
