For additional information, please visit: www.3M.com/electronics Technical Manager located in Maplewood, MN assigned the following responsibilities: Develop new products for use in Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes and other surface finishing applications in electronics
Lead NPI Projects for commercialization of Pad Conditioners for CMP
Plan and execute experiments in collaboration with Manufacturing and other technical team member
Make and test prototype materials and products, develop metrology and methods of testing
Engage customers to understand their requirements and roadmaps, and develop and execute plan to fulfill those needs
Some travel required to key customers, OUS 3M locations, and suppliers
