Responsibilities include:
Building windows, Linux client and server systems with specific HW and SW configurations
Hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting i.e. Flashing BIOS, KSC, embedded controllers of machines, updating firmware
Required Skills:
Experience in bringing up the PC/systems i.e. PC assembly & trouble shooting, Windows/Linux OS installations, BIOS configuration, Ghosting, upgrades & trouble shooting, PC servers bring up, configuration and maintenance
Networking
Self motivated
Strong organizational, time/job management skills to support multiple users, to prioritize and complete multiple requests on schedule
Additional Skills:
Experience in working with the 802.11 wireless devices i.e. Access Point configuration & Setup
Radius Servers
