IT SAI End User Training - Developing e-learning courseware and simulations to support software application training
Responsibilities include:
Work with subject matter experts to define content
Develop courseware and online help using RoboHelp
Develop simulations that demonstrate software procedures and allow learners to practice
Develop presentations to support Instructor led training
Arrange and attend meetings with subject matter expert to gather feedback and requirements for training materials incorporate changes on training materials based on SMEs' input.
Required Skills:
Adobe Dreamweaver, Captivate, RoboHelp, Flash, and Fireworks
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suites: Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Visio
Strong skills/experience creating Web site file structures, naming syntax, file repository
Strong critical thinking skills: problem identification / problem solving, strategic planning and implementation of action steps
Strong instructional writing (or technical writing) skills
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of ISD (ADDIE Model) concepts, principles and application of model activities
Experience using SAP application
Knowledge of HTML coding and CSS (cascading style sheets) based design
