As our Senior Manager of Business Process and Systems Modeling, you'll lead the all IT and Business Process modeling at Nike Inc. as well as oversee the correct implementation and execution of these strategies at an enterprise level. You'll be responsible for building the strategy and execution of modeling capabilities. You'll define best practices for modeling techniques and delivery of modeling benefits to both IT and Business process owners as well as define & govern over-arching enterprise level process and technology models. You'll also utilize your knowledge of Enterprise modeling tools and technologies in order to consult and escalate resolution. As a senior manager, you'll be accountable for building and leading a team of 5 technical professional employees. In addition, you'll promote a culture of inclusion and demonstrate commitment and action toward building workforce diversity.
